Terraced house, Deansgrange, Co. Dublin.
My role here was to take a 1950's terraced house & modernise it. I worked solely on the floor plans & the functionality of the space along with the lighting scheme & plumbing plan.I moved the kitchen from the front of the house to the back into a new extension and utilised the spare room to create a study/ small living room. By utilising a side access passage that was a void space, I converted it into a shower/ W.C. I also adapted what was the store room into a full functioning laundry area with space to sort clothes, dry clothes & iron clothes. An architect took the plans & implemented the project management.
