Flamingo apartments, Lemesos, Cyprus
One of the first projects I embarked upon. This apartment with beautiful views out to the Mediterranean sea consisted of a need for refreshment keeping in mind the clients request for a minimal look along with ease of cleaning & no clutter. The client was very entheusiastic to adapt some unique designs in the shape of both furniture & a feature light installation.
All the glass & stone tables, console, coffee & side tables were of my own creation, with a running indent throughout of 3 slim lines followed by a heavier indent below.
The master bedroom ensuite was reclaimed from a shared bathroom, making the bedroom a more intimate area and there was an additional guest bathroom that let this change of space be realised.
The living room was straffed with luxury leather couches surrounding a square pillared coffee table.
Second to that a unique & eyecatching piece was laid out in a laquered red with glass shelves above for storage. Keeping the clean lines of the abode & adding ample hidden storage.
The dining area boasts the 4 panelled light installation that features pictures of a soiree, it washes the area with a relaxing ambient light and adds atmosphere to the area.
A surround sound system was also installed so as the client could enjoy both audio & visual whilst entertaining.
The kitchen took on a new look with new units, a small breakfast bar & we incorporated a smoked mirror splash-back that adds light & the feeling of space.
